The education programs of developmentally disabled children typically require documentation in a variety of programs/plans or reports which contain information found in DDtrac.  DDtrac allows users to generate Rich Text File (rtf) documents containing DDtrac information in order to meet external documentation or reporting requirements.

DDtrac currently includes the following page templates that can be used to generate student plans or programs:

• Sample Notice of Meeting (General)
  
• Sample IEP Student Information (IEP)
  
• Sample Meeting Participants (General)
  
• Sample Present Levels (IEP)
• Sample Transition Services (IEP)
  
• Sample Goals And Objectives (IEP)
  
• Sample Special Education Services (IEP)
  
• Sample Recommended Placement (IEP)
  

One or more of the page templates can be added to create a specific plan or program document for the student. Custom school/district specific document templates can also be added to the system but these templates can currently only be added by Developing Minds Software.

A teacher or user with edit privilege may add and edit these plan documents:

• Create New Document
• Edit Existing Document
• Proposed Placement: Defines proposed placement and services included in the document.
  
• Document Goals: Allows selection of instructional, group, social and behavior goals/objectives to include in the document.
  
• Narrative Statements:Allows users to enter descriptive statements about student present levels or needs to be included in the document.
