Required:

• Mac, PC, or other computer that will run a compatible web browser
• Modem, Ethernet or some other way to access the Internet
• Printer for report generation

Desired:

• DDtrac works best if data can be taken real time instead of waiting to enter data at the end of the day. This requires one or more of the following input devices:
  • PDA with a 320 pixel by 320 pixel screen, that will run a web browser capable of running Javascript.
  • Mini-tablet computer (e.g. Nova 5000 or Nokia 770).
  • Tablet computer
  • Laptop

DDtrac Software Requirements

DDtrac is designed to run in most Web browsers. The primary requirement is that the browser be capable of running Javascript. DDtrac has been tested and confirmed to work on the following Web browsers and versions:

• Internet Explorer 6.1 or higher for PC
• Internet Explorer 5 or higher for Mac
• Safari 1.0 or higher
• Mozilla 1.5 or higher
• Firefox 1.5 or higher
• Netscape 7.0 or higher

DDtrac also requires an Internet connection for the download of data entry forms, the upload of student data and for the generation of reports.
