The account management facilities in DDtrac allow users to edit their account contact info, subscribe directly from the demo site, add users to an existing account, cancel renewal of their subscription, and pay for the next year of DDtrac service from directly within their DDtrac account.
An account in DDtrac is a site or set of sites that are paid by a single
entity. An account can serve one student or hundreds of students. To
edit an account in DDtrac go to the "Administer Site" tab in
DDtrac (this tab is only visible to users with [administrative
privilege]s for DDtrac). and choose "Manage Account" (or use the
"Subscribe Now" tab for free trial users).
An administrator will see a screen like the one
below showing details about the current account, including the number of
students, start date, current expiration date and the database name
(corresponds to the url you use to login to DDtrac). the remainder of
the information on the top of the page will vary depending on whether or
not you have a paid subscription and whether the subscription is set to
automatically renew.
The options available on the Manage Account page depends on the current state of your DDtrac subscription.
- Edit Account Details allows you to update the primary contact information for you account (available to all users)
- Subscribe Now allows you to convert your free trial into a paid subscription (demo users only)
- Add Students allows you to add students to your current subscription (all paid users)
- Renew Now allows you to renew your current or expired subscription (paid users without auto renewal)
- Cancel Subscription allows you to cancel the auto renewal of your DDtrac Subscription (paid users with auto renewal)
