Activating a goal, objective or target allows the goal, objective or target to appear on data collection screens.

Note: Active objectives will not appear on data collection screens if the goal it is defined for is not active.  Similarly, active targets, assignments or probes will not appear on data collection screens if the objective they are defined for is not active.
