Social Objective Chart

To create a social objective chart:
  1. {Select} the Reports tab on the main DDtrac menu and then choose "Social Objectives" from the "Charts" dropdown menu.
    You will be taken to a form that allows you to specify social objectives to be charted, and the period for the chart.

  2. {Select} a social goal or duration from the dropdown menu.
    A list of social objectives associated with the goal will be dynamically displayed below the goal dropdown list.

  3. Alternately you can choose:
    • Average of Social Goals: which will generate multiple charts showing the average performance on all social objectives averaged for each social goal.
    • All Social Objectives: which will generate a separate chart for each social objective.

  4. {Click} the checkbox next to each objective you want to include on the chart.
    Note: if you select more objectives than can be displayed on the chart (given the number of periods specified) the performance on the objectives will be averaged into a single column.

  5. {Select} a start date for the chart.

  6. {Select} the amount of time summarized in each period (months, weeks or days) then enter the number of periods to be displayed on the chart (where is a period is a month for the monthly chart, a week for the weekly chart, and a day for the daily chart).

  7. {Select} the type of chart you want to use.  The default is to show a line chart.  You can also select to display a multi-column chart or a line chart with data labels.

  8. You may also {Select} to include milestones (change lines) on the chart.

  9. You may also {Select} to limit the data on the chart  to that taken by specific users.
