The detail report provides detailed data for a single month, week or day. It includes all work session comments, social comments and behavior comments made during the period in question. It also includes:

Instructional drills: including average performance across the period being examined, frequency specific drills and targets are worked on, and last time a particular drill or target was attempt.

Social skills: including the amount of time spent working on/assessing social skill development and the frequency specific social skills are demonstrated.

Behaviors: summarizes the frequency, duration, type, location, and time of problem behavior events.

To create a detail report:

1. {Select} the Reports tab on the main DDtrac menu and then choose "Detail Report" from the "Reports" dropdown menu.
   You will be taken to a form that allows you to specify the reporting period.
2. Enter a start date and an end date for the detail report. Detail reports can be generated for a day, a week, or a month.
   Note: If you choose today, Past Week or Past Month, the starting date will be ignored and data for the most recent day, week or month will be shown.
